The Operations Team coordinates the long-term leasing of approximately 3,500 State Fleet-owned (Lease Fleet) vehicles to state and local government entities within South Carolina.

State Fleet Management (SFM) conducts the Commercial Vendor Repair Program (CVRP) to establish competitive service and repair agreements with commercial vendors statewide. CVRP, which is available to any state and local government entities in South Carolina, offers the following benefits:
The Office of State Fleet Management, under the purview of the Motor Vehicle Management Act as established in SC Code of Laws code 1976 § 1-11-220, is responsible for centralized oversight of a comprehensive statewide fleet management program of all state-owned fleet vehicles for the state of South Carolina as a part of the Division of State Agency Support Services within the Department of Administration.
Real Property Services, on behalf of the South Carolina Department of Administration (Admin), is directed to identify all state-owned properties, whether titled in the name of the state or an agency or department.
Admin collaborated with multiple state agencies to compile a comprehensive list of conference and meeting spaces available in various state-owned buildings for use by state agencies.
