Admin’s Program Management Office (PMO) leads an annual proviso-mandated IT data collection effort for state agencies. This effort provides the opportunity to better understand the state’s current and future IT spending across all agencies. Reviewing collected data allows the state to evaluate opportunities to leverage resources collaboratively and take advantage of potential cost savings and efficiencies. To assist with the data collection effort, Admin has developed a web-based IT Data Collection and Planning System for use by agencies and higher education institutions. This system provides users with a secure environment while simplifying and streamlining the IT data collection effort.
