State Fleet Management (SFM) conducts the Commercial Vendor Repair Program (CVRP) to establish competitive service and repair agreements with commercial vendors statewide. CVRP, which is available to any state and local government entities in South Carolina, offers the following benefits:

State Fleet

The Office of State Fleet Management, under the purview of the Motor Vehicle Management Act as established in SC Code of Laws code 1976 § 1-11-220, is responsible for centralized oversight of a comprehensive statewide fleet management program of all state-owned fleet vehicles for the state of South Carolina as a part of the Division of State Agency Shared Services within the Department of Administration.

Inventory

Real Property Services, on behalf of the South Carolina Department of Administration (Admin), is directed to identify all state-owned properties, whether titled in the name of the state or an agency or department.

Conference and Meeting Space

Admin collaborated with multiple state agencies to compile a comprehensive list of conference and meeting spaces available in various state-owned buildings for use by state agencies.

Information in the spreadsheet below represents the available meeting space provide by the respective agencies. Rental rates are included for some locations. However, if no rental rate information is provided, please contact that agency to determine if a rate is applied.

Real Estate and IT General Ledger (GL) Documents

Information Technology (IT)

Executive Order 2016-07 required cabinet agencies to utilize new general ledger (GL) codes in the South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS) to better categorize information technology (IT) expenditures. The FY17 General Appropriations Act, Proviso 117.133 extended the same requirements to all agencies. The FY18 General Appropriations Act, Proviso 117.121, brought these requirements into FY18.

Note: Please be advised, it is the agency's responsibility to ensure the proper IT GL codes are used.

Data Analytics

Admin’s Data Analytics team, part of the Program Management Office, is tasked with bringing together data from various sources to support the goals outlined in the Statewide Strategic IT Plan and help institute data-driven decision making. As part of these efforts, the Data Analytics team helps with the development and support of the IT Data Collection and Planning System, IT Planning process and state IT spending analysis. 

Agency Relationship Management (ARM)

Admin’s Agency Relationship Management (ARM) team, part of the Program Management Office, is tasked with developing, strengthening and maintaining partnerships with agencies throughout the state while fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring a clear and consistent line of communication with agencies. As part of this effort, the ARM team works to gain a comprehensive understanding of agency-specific missions, deliverables and business goals while advocating for agencies in a variety of technology-related matters.
