This page includes the COVID-19 expenditure reporting requirements from Act 116 of 2020, Act 135 of 2020, Act 2 of 2021 and American Rescue Plan Performance Reports.
Act 116 of 2020 - COVID-19 Response Fund requires the Executive Budget Office to provide a detailed accounting of the expenditure of all funds appropriated pursuant to the act. EBO will provide updated reports monthly.
Act 135 of 2020 - Continuing Resolution requires state boards, commissions, agencies, departments, and institutions of higher learning to provide monthly reports on funds directly provided by the federal government in response to the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID‑19).
