About Information Security

The Division of Information Security, created by the South Carolina General Assembly as part of the 2013-14 General Appropriations Act, is a major operating unit under the Department of Administration's Division of Technology.
 
The Division is responsible for a variety of statewide policies, standards, programs and services relating to cyber security and information systems, including the statewide coordination of critical infrastructure information.
