Surplus Property Office

The Division of State Agencies Support Services of the Department of Administration operates South Carolina's Surplus Property Office with the purpose of disposing of surplus property and equipment for the State and Federal Governments. By law, all property owned by the State must be disposed of only through the surplus property process.
 
The Surplus Property Office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (no cash payments accepted after 4:15 p.m.) and is located at 1441 Boston Avenue, West Columbia, South Carolina. For information you can call 803-896-6880 or fax 803-896-6899.
 
In accordance with Federal law and the Divison of State Agencies Support Services Administrator's regulations and policies, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age and disability.
