Customer Services

The Division of Technology welcomes interaction from you, our customer, and offers a single point of contact for your convenience. Through an automated call attendant, you will be given immediate access to Division staff working at our Service Desk who are eager to be of assistance to you.
 

Service Desk

The Service Desk is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year (including State holidays) to serve your issue resolution needs. You can report issues or submit requests for service to the Service Desk by emailing servicedesk@admin.sc.gov, or by calling 803-896-0001 or toll-free at 1-800-922-1367.
