Summary of Operations
Interagency Mail Service (IMS) provides overnight parcel and mail pickup and delivery service to more than 650 public agency locations across the state. IMS will also pickup and deliver time-sensitive materials such as payrolls, laboratory samples, medicines, library books, and other unique parcels that other commercial courier and parcel services will not ship. IMS rates are calculated by weight and reflect a substantial cost savings as compared to the express mail and parcel rates of the US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx and other courier service providers.
Normal hours of operation are weekdays, 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
IMS observes all official state holidays. Click Here for the holiday schedule.
